We listen, act, and transform
For many, the infamous phrase "give it time, it will get better" is often used to instill hope. However, I am a firm believer that time does not exist on its own, it's what we do within that time that matters. We have to give it meaning. Mental health can have a direct impact on our emotional well being, as well as our physical health. Thought management has proven to be an effective approach to actively taking back control and promoting healing during difficult times.
I specialize in working with youth and adults experiencing increasingly distressing symptoms. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for those silenced and confused by their day-to-day challenges. Working together to navigate thier unique experiences. My passion is working with others in need by bringing my clinical experience and my authentic self into the therapy room.
